The Accton ES5648ML is a 48-port L3 10 Gigabit Ethernet switch, targeting data center applications. The switch includes 48 10G SFP+ ports, providing up to 48 ports of 10GbE network connectivity, and it offers features that are required for the next generation data center design.  In addition to congestion and traffic management features required by data centers, the device supports the emerging Fiber Channel over Ethernet (FCoE) solution for LAN, SAN, and IPC networks.
