The Accton HWS6505-RP Siren Repeater is a multi-purpose device. As a wireless range extender, it increases the maximum possible distance between a Touchscreen and the sensors in your home network. As a wireless siren, the HWS6505-RP delivers an audible alert greater than 85dB to notice occupants or to scare intruders. In addition, two bright LEDs provide visual alerts and ambience or situational lighting.  An internal tamper switch makes the HWS6505-RP tamper proof.  Anyone try removing the armed device from where it is mounted, the Touchscreen displays an alert and delivers an audible alarm. LEDs on the device provide a visual indication if the device is not securely installed.
