Hsinchu, Taiwan–Today(2nd June), Accton held the 1st directorate meeting after directorate and supervisor re-selection. In the meeting, all directorate members unanimously selected Mr. AJ Huang to continue his position as Accton chairman of the board director.
Accton indicated under the highly changeable business climate, the company had to speed up various transformations. Through deconstruction, reconstruction and construction, the leading teams of new generation can be established. Furthermore, with the involvement of the leading team to join the board of directorate, the partnership among customers, employees, employers and labors can be developed in balance.
Therefore, at this critically alternating moment between new and old, today, Accton made its resolution in the directorate meeting and selected Mr. AJ Huang to hold the concurrent post of President, CEO. It was expected that the maximum efficiency of business pass-on and initiation could be reached to create new life and turning point for an old enterprise.
In addition, the original President, Mr. Ken Lu, was exalted as the vice chairman. In the future, he will take the responsibility to handle some affairs relevant to important strategies and plans.
