Accton Technology held a provisional directorate meeting today (September 2nd). In the meeting, aside from the formal resignation of our chairman, Mr. Yimin Doo, he was also elected as the honor chairman. In addition, Mr. Anjye Huang, was elected as the chairman under all attendants’ assent and consent. Hopefully, under the leadership of Mr. Anjye Huang, our company will continue to face and overcome new challenges ahead.
Our newly elected chairman, Mr. Anjye Huang, joined Accton Technology in 1992. He successfully led Accton with sales revenue increased from 0.6 billion NTD upward to 16 billion NTD. The Human Culture Care Center was also established in our company with long-term effort spent to care disadvantaged minorities and charities. It was aimed to do our best part as a society citizen member. Various methods were also implemented and tried to promote employees’ autonomy management. The democracy mechanisms were established in our company with business management culture significantly from ordinary companies. They were viewed as the very foundation for perpetual business management in our company.
Accton Technology voiced that aside from all possible effort spent to keep the leading place in business network markets in future, new techniques or new business management models will be introduced to promote for company transformation. Also, every important performance items for business management will be well kept to ensure positive achievement at the soonest possibility and meet investors’ expectation to our company.
