HSINCHU, Taiwan, November 12, 2013 – Accton Technology Corporation (Accton) (TWSE: 2345), a premier provider of communication solutions, today reported the financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2013. The consolidated sales revenue for third quarter was NT$5.64 billion, net income was NT$135 million, and NT$0.26 per share.
The consolidated sales revenue for the third quarter of 2013 was NT$5.64 billion, a decrease of 8.01% compared to the second quarter of 2013, and decreased 20.89 % year-on-year. The company net income for the third quarter of 2013 was NT$135 million, a decrease of 61.3% compare to the third quarter of 2012, and NT$0.26 earnings per share (EPS).
The cumulative consolidated sales revenue from January to September 2013 totaled approximately NT$16.62 billion, a decrease of 18.39 % year-on-year, cumulative net income NT$400 million, and NT$0.77 per share.
The percentage of sales for each product line for the third quarter of 2013 is 84.95 percent for switch, 10.30 percent for WLAN, 1.71 percent for broadband & gateway, and 3.05 percent for others.
