Accton Reports Second Quarter 2014 Results (Consolidated)
HSINCHU, Taiwan, August 8, 2014 – Accton Technology Corporation (Accton) (TWSE: 2345), a premier provider of communication solutions, today reported the financial results for its Second quarter ended June 30, 2014. The consolidated sales revenue for second quarter was NT$5.95 billion, net income was NT$154 million, and NT$0.29 per share.
The consolidated sales revenue for the second quarter of 2014 was NT$5.95 billion, a increase of 13.36% compared to the first quarter of 2014, and decrease 2.95% year-on-year. The company net income for the second quarter of 2014 was NT$154 million, an decrease of 18.66% compare to the first quarter of 2014, and decrease 21.38% year-on-year.
The percentage of sales for each product line for the second quarter of 2014 is 47.01 percent for switch, 27.72 percent for Carrier access, 9.79 percent for WLAN, 6.61percent for broadband & gateway, and 8.87percent for others.
