Accton Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2015 Results (Consolidated)

HSINCHU, Taiwan, March 23, 2016 – Accton Technology Corporation (Accton) (TWSE: 2345), a premier provider of communication solutions, today reported the financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. The consolidated sales revenue for fourth quarter was NT$7.12 billion, an increase of 13.06% year-on-year, and net income was NT$451 million, and NT$0.85 per share.

The cumulative consolidated sales revenue for the year ended December 31, 2015 totaled approximately NT$24.74 billion, an increase of 8.28% year-on-year. Net income for the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2015 was NT$1.17billion, and NT$2.19 per share.

The percentage of sales for each product line for the fourth quarter of 2015 is 62 percent for switch, 20 percent for Carrier access, 7 percent for WLAN, 2 percent for broadband & gateway, and 9 percent for others.
