Accton Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2016 Results (Consolidated)

HSINCHU, Taiwan, March 21, 2017 – Accton Technology Corporation (Accton) (TWSE: 2345), a premier provider of communication solutions, today reported the financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2016. The consolidated sales revenue for fourth quarter was NT$8.43 billion, an increase of 18.41% year-on-year, and net income was NT$531 million, and NT$0.98 per share.

The cumulative consolidated sales revenue for the year ended December 31, 2016 totaled approximately NT$29.37 billion, an increase of 18.72% year-on-year. Net income for the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2016 was NT$1.89 billion, and NT$3.51 per share.
