The Pompidou 913 Art Promotion Project was jointly held by the Centre Pompidou Kids Workshop of France and Taiwan's UDN Fun Life Co., Ltd., with support from the Ministry of Culture and the Accton Arts Foundation. Its goal was "Being People-Oriented, Advancing Rural Villages, and Transforming Education" through implementing art education in remote rural communities throughout Taiwan. The annual theme of 2021 was "Wow! Circus," using the concepts of kinetic sculpture master Alexander Calder's work "Circus" to help kids experience and understand the joyful charm of contemporary art through play using common elements from everyday life.

A total of about 450 teachers and students from five schools completed the courses in this project, with both schools and students alike giving them rave reviews.
