Promoting Holistic Health and Pursuing Comprehensive Health Care

Accton upholds the concept that “the health of employees is the most valuable asset of the company,” and is committed to improving employee health. In 2023, Accton was awarded the “National Excellent Health Workplace Evaluation – Nutrition and Health Award”.
We provide annual health check-ups that exceed regulations, perform risk assessments, design health promotion activities, and offer subsidies. We follow the three stages and five levels of preventive medicine to create a healthy workplace through health check-ups, health management, and health promotion.

Preventing Chronic Diseases Starts with Workplace Life

A good lifestyle is the fundamental way to prevent chronic diseases. Accton has its own employee cafeteria, establishing a nutrition-friendly workplace environment, and launched a “My New Dietary Advocacy” series of activities in 2023 to create a comprehensive healthy eating atmosphere and encourage employees to develop good eating habits.

Make Health Education Enjoyable and Interesting by Incorporating Fun Activities

Developing good eating habits is not only about providing tools, but also about learning how to use them. At Accton, we organized various events such as “DIY Popiah” combined with festivals, and lively and creative online interactive puzzle games. These events were designed to attract the attention of employees and encourage them to actively learn about nutrition. Our goal was to inform and educate individuals on healthy food choices to become nutrition experts.

Health Individualized Health Management for High-risk Groups

Establish the “Healthy Blood Lipid Control Line Official Account” for people with hypertriglycemia (elevated triglyceride levels), and conduct one-on-one communication with employees. Collaborate with a nutritionist from National Taiwan University Hospital in Hsinchu, the nutritionist provided monthly evaluation and feedback on dietary records, and individualized advice will be given to improve health from the perspective of daily life. This helped address daily dietary issues and provide professional guidance to improve overall health.
